From February 24th to February 25st 2018, ″Zagreb Ice-Hockey Association″ and KHL Mladost will host 14rd International Ice-Hockey U10 tournament which will take place in the ice arena at “Zagrebački Velesajam”.
It is our wish that this tournament welcomes teams from Italy, Switzerland, Hungary, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Serbia, Slovenia, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina...
• The tournament starts on February 24th at 8 am.
• Eligible players for U10 tournament are players born in 2008 and younger, for U8 tournament players born 2010 and younger.
• The game that is played is mini hockey (the playground is 1/3 of the whole ice ring with junior goals and the black puck).
• The minimal number of players in one team is 8 + 1 (2 groups of four players + goalie ).
• Depending on the number of registered teams, the organising committee will make tournament schedule which will be delivered to you
• In order to speed up the game and make it more interesting, there will be no stoppage of time and players will exchange by flying changes.
• During the game it is not allowed to change players within groups of four or to change the goal keeper by the fifth player.
• It is played by the rule “NO TOUCH”.
• There is no winner of the tournament and all participants will receive medals and cups.
• The organising committee will ensure referees and medical service.
• Tournament fee is 150 €. for one selection
Please confirm your participation on this tournament until January 15th 2018.
◦ Please send us the list of the players with their birth dates, the list of all team members, the logo of your ice-hockey club and photo of the team.
◦ After we receive your application we will send you regulations and schedule of the tournament.
◦ We offer you accommodation in B category hotel. The arrival to Zagreb is planned to be in the afternoon of February 24th.
◦ Successful organisation of this tournament depends on the punctuality of your registration, so please do it on time.
◦ Please be so kind to inform us about any tournaments under your organisation so that Croatian teams could take a part.

Zagrebački savez hokeja na ledu i KHL Mladost organiziraju 14. međunarodni turnir u hokeju na ledu U10 koji će se održati na klizalištu "Zagrebačkog Velesajam" od 24.-25.02.2018.
Želja nam je da na turniru sudjeluju momčadi iz Italije, Švicarske, Mađarske, Njemačke, Češke, Slovačke, Srbije, Slovenije, Austrije, Bosne i Hercegovine itd.

• PRAVO SUDJELOVANJA NA TURNIRU ZA U10 IMAJU IGRAČI ROĐENI 2008. I MLAĐI TE ZA U8 IGRAČI ROĐENI 2010. I MLAĐI
• IGRA SE MINI HOKEJ (unutar trećine, sa golovima smanjenih dimenzija i crnim pakom)
• MOMČAD MORA IMATI MINIMALNO 8 IGRAČA + GOLMANA (2 četvorke + golman)
• OBZIROM NA BROJ PRIJAVLJENIH MOMČADI, ORGANIZATOR ĆE NAPRAVITI RASPORED TURNIRA KOJI ĆE VAM BITI NAKNADNO DOSTAVLJEN
• SVAKIH 60 SEKUNDI ČETVORKE SE IZMJENJUJU SISTEMOM "LETEĆE IZMJENE". IGRA SE NE PREKIDA
• U TOKU UTAKMICE NIJE DOZVOLJENA ZAMJENA IGRAČA U ČETVORKAMA NI ZAMJENA GOLMANA PETIM IGRAČEM
• IGRA SE PO PRAVILU «NO TOUCH» - bez igre na tijelo

◦ Molimo Vas da potvrdite vaše sudjelovanje na turniru najkasnije do 15.01.2018.
◦ Pošaljite nam listu igrača s datumima rođenja, popis svih članova momčadi, logo Vašeg kluba, kao i fotografiju momčadi
◦ Sve propozicije i raspored natjecanja poslat ćemo Vam nakon što dobijemo Vašu prijavu
◦ Nudimo Vam boravak u hotelu B kategorije, a dolazak u Zagreb planiran je dan prije turnira u popodnevnim satima
◦ Dobra organizacija ovog natjecanja ovisi i o Vašoj pravovremenoj prijavi, pa Vas molimo da nam se javite u predviđenom roku

TOURNAMENT REGULATIONS
“Zagreb Ice-Hockey Association” and KHL Mladost organise 14rd International Ice-Hockey U10 tournament for ice-hockey schools.
1. Tournament is played by the rules of ZSHL and IIHF.
2. From February 24th to February 25st 2018. the tournament will take place in the ice arena at “Zagrebački Velesajam”.
3. For U10 players born in 2008. and younger and for U8 players born 2010. and younger have a right to participate on the tournament.
4. Teams are divided into three groups and each team will play with all other participants in the group. After that, considering the number of earned points, new groups will be formed – winners of the groups with each other, the second ones with the second ones…
5. The system of earning points:
◦ the win brings 2 points
◦ the draw result brings 1 point
◦ the lost game brings 0 points
6. There is no winner of the tournament and all participants will receive medals and cups from the organising committee.
7. The game that is played is mini hockey (the playground is 1/3 of the whole ice ring with smaller goals and the black puck)
8. The time of the game is 1x18 minutes brutto.
9. The minimal number of players in one team is 8 + goal keeper (2 groups of four players + goalie).
10. The game is stopped every 60 seconds to exchange player groups.
11. During the game it is not allowed to change players inside the groups of four or to change the goal keeper with the fifth player.
12. It is played by the rule “NO TOUCH”.
13. The organising committee will ensure referees and medical service.
PRAVILA NATJECANJA
Zagrebači savez hokeja na ledu i KHL Mladost organiziraju 14. međunarodni turnir za školu hokeja na ledu U10.
PROPOZICIJE TURNIRA
1. Natjecanje se odvija po pravilima ZSHL i IIHF
2. Turnir se održava 24. i 25.02.2018. na klizalištu Zagrebačkog Velesajma
3. Na turniru imaju pravo nastupa za U10 igrači rođeni 2008. i mlađi, za U8 igrači rođeni 2010. i mlađi
4. Momčadi su svrstane u 3 grupe. Igra se po sistemu svaka momčad sa svakom unutar grupe. Momčadi koje skupe najviše bodova unutar svojih grupa svrstavaju se u novu grupu, drugi u grupama u novu itd.
5. Sistem bodovanja je slijedeći:
◦ pobjeda 2 boda
◦ neriješen rezultat 1 bod
◦ poraz 0 bodova
6. Pobjednika turnira nema. Organizator osigurava medalje i pehare za sve
sudionike turnira
7. Igra se mini hokej (unutar jedne trećine, sa golovima smanjenih dimenzija i
plavom pločicom
8. Igra se 1x18 minuta
9. Momčad je sastavljena od minimalno 8 igrača + 1 vratara (2 četvorke + 1
golman.
10. Igra se ne prekida svakih 60 sekundi zbog zamjene četvorki već se igra na "leteće izmjene"
12. Za vrijeme utakmice nije dozvoljeno mjenjati igrače po četvorkama, kao ni
zamjena vratara petim igračem
13. Igra se po pravilu " NO TOUCH " – bez igre na tijelo
14. Organizator turnira osigurava suce i liječničku službu
